We don't harvest your clients
Most “free” agent tools are lead-capture in disguise: your client enters their income and email, and the tool keeps it. This one is built the opposite way. We never ask your clients for their financial or contact details — the calculators run entirely in their browser, and nothing they type is sent to us or stored anywhere.
The only information involved is your own public branding, and even that isn't stored on a server: it's encoded into the link itself. That's why there's no account — the link is the save. Bookmark it, and come back to it any time.

Every figure comes from the same verified regional data as the rest of the site — property tax and insurance by state, province, and UK nation, with stamp duty calculated from current bands. Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — free, with no account, no trial, and no card. The Mortgage Ledger is a free calculator supported by ads; the realtor toolkit is an extension of that, not a paid add-on.
Do you capture my clients' information?
No. We never ask your clients for contact or financial details, and nothing they enter into a calculator is sent to us or stored anywhere — it stays in their browser. The only information involved is your own public branding, and even that isn't kept on a server: it's encoded into your link, which is why there's no login.
Does it work in Canada and the UK?
Mostly, and we're specific about where it doesn't. The client report, the afford-this-listing tool, and the affordability and closing-cost calculators cover US states, Canadian provinces, and UK nations with the correct local property tax, insurance, and stamp duty. Two limits: the rent-vs-buy tools are US-only because we don't hold median home prices for Canada or the UK, and Canadian closing costs exclude provincial land transfer tax, which we don't yet calculate — the tool says so on screen rather than guessing.
Can I share it from my own website?
Yes — link to your personalized URL from your site, listings, or social profiles, or print the QR code for an open house. It's an ordinary link, so anywhere you can put a link or a QR code works. There's no widget to install.
What do I need to do to keep it working?
Nothing. There's no subscription, no renewal, and nothing to maintain. Your link keeps working — bookmark it, since the link itself is the only copy of your branding. If your details change, just build a new one.
